Hyun-A Park has spent her 25 year career working to strengthen strategic management processes for transportation and other public sector capital assets. Prior to co-founding Spy Pond Partners, Ms. Park was Vice President at Cambridge Systematics, Inc. with responsibility for the Asset Management business line. She also served as Deputy Director of the Massachusetts Division of Capital Planning and Operations. Frances Harrison has over 30 years of experience consulting to federal, state and local transportation agencies on a broad array of policy, planning, performance management, and technology initiatives. She currently focuses on implementation of data, information and knowledge management programs to support improved transportation agency decision making. William Robert has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. At Spy Pond Partners, Mr. Robert focuses on implementing asset management systems and approaches. He has extensive experience analyzing asset investment needs, developing performance measures and models, performing systems analysis, and designing and developing management systems. His recent work includes analyses of highway, rail and transit assets for a range of public and private sector clients.
