SPX Heat Transfer LLC got our name in 2009, but our company is more than 80 years old. SPX Heat Transfer was formed from some of the most established names in the power generation industry – Ecolaire® (founded in 1920) and Yuba® (founded in 1928). These two foundational power generation companies engineered and built only the highest quality thermal equipment for electric utility and nuclear power plants. Their sustained excellence in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of power generation thermal equipment makes SPX Heat Transfer what it is today – an integrated team of experienced professionals dedicated to only the best for our customers. Our 160,000 sq. ft. fabrication plant manufacturing facility is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Designed for efficient production and handling of large condenser assemblies, our facilities are accessible by both rail and truck. We are located 8 miles from the Port of Catoosa for easy access to barge transportation. SPX Heat Transfer also has the ability to subcontract work through our network of approved subcontractors to meet customized customer specifications.
