Please note that our Terms and Agreement are a binding contract between publisher and vendor. Your submission of any advertising content indicates that you are in total agreement of our rates, payment terms and publishing schedule and that you accept all current, pending and future invoices in lieu of signing any additional forms. Your paying rate as an advertising client may be different from our Media Kit rates. At times, special promotions and discount apply. Each company is billed individually and accordingly. All emails and advertising content received via email are also considered a binding contract. Publisher may require payment for advertising upon terms determined by Publisher prior to publication of any advertisement. All ads hold a three consecutive publication commitment unless otherwise determined by publisher. Invoices are sent and payable monthly. Readership and online viewership is not guarantee and may change without notice. In no event shall Publisher be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, lost income or profits. Agency and advertiser jointly and severally represent and warrant that each advertisement submitted by it for publication in the Magazine including, but not limited to, those for which Publisher has provided creative services, contains no copy, illustrations, photographs, text or other content or subject matter that violate any law or infringe any right of any party. Agency and advertiser jointly and severally shall indemnify and hold harmless Publisher from and against any loss, liability damages and related expenses (including attorneys’ fees) (collectively, “Losses”) arising from publication of such advertisement in all applicable editions, formats or derivations of the Magazine.
