Springs, and he joins Adrien in the small group of Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainers in the area (Joe and Adrien are 2 of the 3 in Broward County, with only 29 statewide). Joe has shifted his focus to helping develop other coaches and expanding from solely CrossFit programming to include other areas of fitness and different class styles that appeal to all ages and fitness levels. It is Joe's goal to create a clean, safe, inviting environment for our members to enjoy working on their fitness goals through a variety of different class types.
