VP Business Strategy Scott is a West Point graduate, holds an MBA from the University of Texas, and Certificate of Servant Leadership from Gonzaga. He is an expert in the areas of both sales and leadership. A true believer in SpringFin’s mission, Scott has chosen to invest his time and expertise with our board. Patti is the President of the MYCA group of companies and has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 20 years. In 2000, she was instrumental in taking her previous company public. Throughout her career in marketing and technology, Patti has interacted with senior level executives at Fortune 100 companies to develop programs that drive change initiatives and foster better communications. Patti is a member of several organizations including the Women Presidents’ Organization, Impact 100, 1000 Women Strong and United Way Toqueville Society. She is a Board Member of the Dan Beard Boy Scout council, Enterprising Women magazine and is Vice Chair of the WBENC Forum Leadership Team for marketing. In 2007, Patti was the recipient of the Athena PowerLink™ program award through the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and is a finalist for the 2011 Woman of the Year.
