SPP Rehabilitation,Inc South Psychological & Physical Rehabilitation, Inc. (SPP Rehabilitation, Inc.) is located in Homestead and has been serving the needs of the southern Miami Dade County community since 1998. We are a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility fully licensed by AHCA. Our facility offers services for all age ranges (0 – 99 yrs); whether our services are provided in our facility or in the convenience of the patient’s home. We offer a supportive and compassionate environment within a comfortable setting, while creating a dynamic pathway to the rehabilitative experience. We strive to establish a healthy patient/ therapist relationship. Our team is dedicated, caring, friendly, and professional. We speak English, Spanish and Creole to better serve our community needs.
