Liz has always been an entrepreneur and has a strong foundation in several aspects of business, ranging from business development and management to sales and marketing. While studying at York University in Toronto, Canada, Liz launched LB Productions. LB Productions was created to produce innovation and high quality fashion shows and events. In 1995, Liz decided to expand the company and move south to the warm embrace of Florida. In Florida, Liz began working with MAC cosmetics and was able to quickly work her way into a key management position. As East Coast regional event coordinator, Liz was able to travel throughout North America for as long as three months at a time, as she planed and executed a wide range of promotional events. During her time at MAC, Liz served as a liaison between MAC cosmetics and a range of Fortune 500 companies including Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom’s, Henri Bendel, Saks Fifth Avenue and Burdines amongst others. A few years after her time with MAC cosmetics, Liz got married and began a new business venture, buying an established limousine company with her husband. During this time, she was responsible for everything from marketing and accounting to public relations and customer service. She developed a comprehensive business plan and undertook a bold o-line advertising campaign. The business grew dramatically in the next two years. In 2006, Liz and her husband were able to sell the business. In 2007, Liz and her husband filed for divorce. Through her own personal experience, Liz knows first hand the challenges of starting over. Based on her background and all that she learned, Liz quickly realized that life coaching was an avenue through which she could help others. To date, Liz has enjoyed great success in helping others address challenges in divorce, parenting, career changes, loss of loved ones and many other life changing experiences. Liz’s own personal story combined with her compassion and drive to help others makes life coaching a perfect fit. Communication is a key aspect of a successful life, and Liz realizes this fact. Her background places Liz in a unique position and serves to make her a strong and effective communicator. Liz is fluent in three languages, English, Spanish as well as Hebrew. Clients and students frequently describe Liz as having an approachable, upbeat and positive demeanor. As a caring and compassionate individual, Liz has a strong personal commitment to improving the lives of others. She has been able to help her clients of all ages improve their relationships, boost their self-esteem, enhance and improve their outlooks on life and what is possible, reduce their stress levels, improve their work/life balance and discover what they want from life and how they can get it. Liz presently focuses her time on her private practice, group workshops, masterminds and public speaking. Her passion lies in helping children gain learn emotional intelligence, which led her to found the ‘ ’ program. This parenting program is very unique because in addition to teaching parents to better understand their children and gain more flexibility in their communication, it also helps parents provide their children with extremely valuable tools in emotional state management. The Parenting with Results Program will be available online mid 2016.
