Sales and Business Development Manager Ron Flauto is a practicing physician. He is a founding member of several medical companies including Americare Kidney Institute, the largest private nephrology practice in Ohio. Dr Flauto is the president of Comprehensive Kidney Care, Inc and was a co-founder of of Advanced Dialysis and Advanced Peritoneal Dialysis that were sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2011. In addition, he is the managing partner of various real estate holding companies. Steve Muszynski (CEO), founded Splash in March 2013 with a innovative college savings and loan product. He spent the first two years developing significant connections within the student loan and banking industries attempting to bring the private label turnkey banking product to the market. In mid- 2015, Mr. Muszynski pivoted the company to a platform that refinances medical school student loans – helping medical residents and fellows reduce the burden of their medical school student loan debt. Mr. Muszynski began his career at General Electric in their Financial Management Program, rotating through different business segments in a finance intensive program. He graduated magna cum laude from The Honors College at The Ohio State University— Max M. Fisher College of Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. Mr. Muszynski also serves on the board of directors of the non-profit: Values in Action Foundation. Robert Immerman, an investor in Splash, is the founder and CEO of InterDesign, a 43 year old consumer products company with over 300 Employees, located in Solon and Glenwillow Ohio. The company has a worldwide reach with additional warehouses in China, Japan and Holland and products sold in Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Amazon, just to name a few. Nick Koinoglou, an investor in Splash, has been the CEO and CMO of Family Health Physical Medicine in Alliance, OH since 1994. The practice provides orthopedic surgery, physical therapy and chiropractic services. Mr. Koinoglou is also involved in real estate and is currently CEO of KMS, a privately held real estate company. He is also President of BBIG Investments, which is an investment group focused on stocks and real estate. Mike Stein is the CEO of AccuLynx, the leading cloud based business management software for specialty trade contractors. Mike has spent his career building internet and technology companies. Mike was on the founding team of Orbitz where he held the position of VP Online Marketing and was instrumental in the marketing launch of orbitz.com. After Orbitz, Mike was the SVP of Marketing at TicketsNow, acquired by TicketMaster. Mike’s career includes the following roles - SVP & GM at Travelzoo, CMO at Buywithme, CMO of Nextag, and CMO of the tools business at Sears. Mike began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen providing audit and consulting services to technology clients. Mark Acchione is the Chief Investment Officer, EVP, Capital Markets at RocketLoans, a national marketplace lending company specializing in online personal loans and part of the Quicken Loans Family of Companies. In addition to his capital market responsibilities, Mark is directly responsible for achieving targeted corporate profit goals as well as optimization and best execution for all products. He has 15 years of trading, sales, relationship management and operations experience. Mark was previously Vice President, Capital Markets at Quicken Loans’ One Reverse Mortgage. He has held positions of Whole Loan Trader and Government Product Manager. In addition to being a core member of Splash’s advisory board, Mark serves as a Senior Advisor, Capital Markets to RapidAdvance which is a leading online financial services company that offers flexible funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Finnegan Faldi is currently Partner Revenue Officer at Lifelock. Most recently, Finn was the Chief Business Officer at AppThis which is one of the largest private machine learning platforms for App Developers and Mobile publishers worldwide. Previous positions include CEO of Trueffect, COO of Datalogix, and Director of Global Partner Organization for Yahoo. Finn graduated from the undergraduate division of the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. Ben Pashman leads Centro's strategic partnerships and is responsible for evaluating M&A and investment opportunities. Prior to Centro, Ben served as the first business executive at Gigya, a leading identity management SaaS technology company.
