With A Spirit Ring Fundraiser
If you are looking for a fundraiser for your club or group and a car wash just doesn’t meet your needs, then look no further. Spirit rings are easy to sell and beautiful to wear. Made of 316 surgical stainless steel, they will last a lifetime. The rings are designed for both men and women and are available in four different styles from size 4-15. Perfect to fit almost any hand and preference. The inside of each ring is rounded in a comfort fit design. Sales kits that we provide, will include samples of each style and each size ring. From the sale kit each student will choose the style and size ring they want. They will then complete the included order envelope with their information indicating their name and ring choice. We will then hand stamp each choice with the name of your school mascot. Below are the four styles available.
No it is not real gold. It is a gold colored alloy the is electroplated on the ring. This finish will not chip but it may wear over time. This disclaimer is from the manufacturer. In our many years of selling and wearing the rings, we have never seen any change in the gold alloy.
Stainless steel rings called “name rings” can be found on sale on the internet, at flea markets and craft shows, and from kiosks to theme parks. Prices will range from $20 to $50 or more depending on the sales location. We suggest that your sales price be between $20 and $30. You make the final decision since you know better what your market will bear. At a mid range of $25 your group will profit $10 per ring. Sell 100 rings and make $1,000.
Can I expect support from “spirit rings” to help train my sales force?
Yes, we are available with information at this website, as well as email and phone to help answer any questions you may have.
We will loan you two sets of sample rings stamped with sizes from 4 to 15. All four styles will be represented in the display kits. This way you can show the sizes and styles to more than one student at a time and expedites sales in case you are selling at lunchtime or before or after school. You will also receive small envelopes to be filled out with information about each buyers order. When we complete your order each ring will be returned to you in these envelope.
When the stamped rings are returned to you, you will receive an invoice showing the cost of fifteen dollars per ring. Your check should be made out to Spirit Ring Fundraiser and sent to the address on the invoice.
Thank you for choosing to raise funds with Spirit Ring Fundraiser. We appreciate your business and pledge to support you with all you need during the fundraising process. Please feel free to call us at any time.
This letter will explain what is contained in your selling kit, how to use it, and what to say about the rings. Also, you will find suggestions for sales, pricing, and the steps to return the kit and ring order to us.
The Selling Kit:
After your sales you will return the sample ring boxes to us along with the filled out envelopes and any unused envelopes. If your school is near us we will pick up your order to save you postage. Call us at 407-908-5409 when you are ready to place your order. If you have to return by mail use the label provided in your selling kit and the prepaid box your kit came in. the shipping cost will be on the invoice sent to you with the finished rings.
The Selling
On the dates you choose for your sales, set up a table in a high traffic area. We do recommend sales on more than one day so the rings can be seen and students can come prepared to purchase. We send two sample boxes of rings so you can have multiple students at a time trying on rings to get their size. Have them fill out their order envelope and collect their money. We know you will have guidelines given you by your bookkeeper for turning in funds. When we return the finished rings to you, you will receive the bill from us. Each ring will be $15.00 to us so if you sold them for $25.00 you will make $10.00 each ring. Sell one hundred rings you will make one thousand dollars for your needs.
What you and your helping students can say:
To pick a good size, the ring should have a little resistance when being removed. You don’t want it to fall off easily or be too tight. If the student has to really yank on it to get it off, obviously, it’s too small. We keep a bottle of hand sanitizer when we sell because folks will put rings on that are too tight. If a sample ring comes up missing from your sales kit, call us and we will replace it quickly.
