Mr. Milner's career in Finance and Operations spans over 25 years and includes International and M&A experience. Prior to joining Spirion, he held executive positions in several private equity-sponsored companies. Mr. Milner has a B.S. in Business with emphasis in Accounting from Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Currently, he is the Chief Security Officer at The CSO Advisors, Inc. and is a member of several advisory boards where he reviews and contributes to corporate strategies, product roadmaps and market opportunities.
