I am 55 years old, married and have two children. I am from New Orleans, Louisiana and currently split my time between New Orleans and Boca Raton, Florida. I graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration and later received a Law Degree from Loyola. I practiced law for a number of years with a specialty in products liability and insurance defense. I then went to work in my family’s business which was a large industrial supply company with multiple locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. We distributed thousands of products ranging from pipe, valves, fittings, hand tools, power tools, paint, painting supplies, ladders, safety supplies, etc. After becoming the largest shareholder in the company, I sold the business about 10 years ago to a competitor. I then started a real estate investment company in New Orleans and began acquiring/ managing commercial properties such as office buildings, service centers and strip shopping centers. I received a BA in Accounting from Loyola University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law. The primary focus of my law practice was commercial litigation, general business and domestic law. After a few years, I joined my family’s businesses which included pipeline construction, electrical construction, top-side ship repair, truck body modification, commercial real estate and hospitality. I sold my interest in the businesses in the late 1990’s. I have continued to manage my family’s interests in commercial properties, as well as work with my husband on the properties that we have acquired throughout the years. I am 46 years old with two children. I have over 18 years of experience in leadership positions and is a specialist within the field of painting, waterproofing and restoration. I am currently the president of Ross-DePass Building Services. I joined Prachel Waterproofing and Restoration in 2005, and has held managerial positions within the company advancing to become the President growing the business to 5 million in sales. While in college Troy majored in Business Administration at Jacksonville University. Beginning with specifying and selling sealants, waterproofing and restoration products, Troy’s extensive experience has brought him to the forefront of the waterproofing and restoration industry. Troy believes the key to success is by following through with his customers in order to address any problems.
