Spinergy Studio Plus offers a state of the art indoor cycling studio with stadium-style seating equipped with two large 120" projector screens. We guarantee you will have the ride of your life, while burning an average of 500-1000 calories per class. Enjoy a complimentary towel rental, water (please bring bottle), and coming soon free cycle shoe rental for your ride. There’s no need to bring anything but yourself to Spinergy Studio Plus, we’ll take care of the rest. Spinergy Studio Plus is equipped with brand new 2016 Schwinn AC Carbon Blue belt drive bikes. Included on these bikes are premium computers that allow you to track your calorie count, resistance level, RPMs, power, mileage, and more. We are proud to announce that Spinergy Studio Plus is the only facility in Broward County that has the pleasure of hosting Spivi, a virtual reality cycling experience. Have a personal heart rate monitor with ANT+ technology? Pair it with our computer system in order to more accurately calculate your caloric burn. Interested in a deep stretch or meditation session to escape from all your troubles… Then visit our yoga studio for a pure Zen experience. We offer both heated and non heated Vinyasa style classes. Want to incorporate a more challenging workout into your fitness routine? Try one of our Cycle Fusion Classes or one of our Total Body Boot Camp Classes!
