John Speer is a native and longtime resident of Orlando. He graduated with a degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida in 1972. After an early career as a CPA, he has spent the remainder of his working life in real estate and construction related endeavors. He has been building custom homes and doing major remodels in central Florida since 2003. John is a member of the Homebuilders Association of Central Florida and the prestigious Master Custom Builder Council, an invitation only group of builders focused on excellence and ethics in the services they provide. John and his wife Donna have raised two children and are enjoying spending time with their five grandchildren. Chuck Price is from Rome, Georgia but has made Central Florida his home with his wife Melissa and four children. Having graduated from University of Georgia with a Business Management degree, Chuck began his career with a real estate investment firm buying, remodeling and selling residential homes. Moving over to the construction side of the industry, Chuck owned and operated a precast concrete business for 12 years. Doing business with Disney, Hilton, Boeing and many other high profile Central Florida businesses including several high end home builders, Chuck met John Speer and a partnership was formed.
