About the Company Spearware Networks LLC was founded in early 2017 by Steven and Michael Spears after realizing the market needed a high quality provider of IT services and Blockchain technologies. Our 30+ years of IT experience and expertise can help you build custom applications and integrate with Blockchain technologies. We specialize in Microsoft technologies and provide custom Microsoft solutions to our customers. Michael is an experienced Systems Administrator and IT Specialist. He has years of experience administering servers, providing technical support, building networks for SMBs, removing viruses, and more. He has built a solid carreer in the Web Hosting industry working for numerous large hosting providers such as InMotion Hosting, Arvixe, GreenGeeks, and more. He handles most of the Server Administration and SMB IT Services. When he’s not working on getting as much performance out of our hosting platform as possible, or wowing our customers, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to IT meetups in the area, and building more cool things. Steven is a nine-year Marine Corps Veteran and was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal and Combat Action Ribbon. After leaving the Marine Corps, he was hired as a contractor with GTE and a year later was hired as a full-time employee and has been with the same company for 20 years. As an employee of GTE and subsequently Verizon, he worked as a Banyan Vines Administrator, was part of the NT4 network design team and has been a critical part of Active Directory automation and management tool designs. Through his career, he has earned numerous awards but is most proud of U.S. Patent 8,255,507 and his most recent achievement of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from International Information System Security Certification Consortium, or (ISC)².
