Andy was with KLNB for 31 years and President for 17 years and was responsible for all brokerage, asset management and real estate finance services. In his last two years at KLNB , he led the company to its most successful years in its 48 year history with over $1.5 billion and 1000 transactions in each year. Over his 35 year career in commercial real estate Andy has received many recognitions for outstanding service by his peers in the industry.
