Spark Growth is a certified women-owned digital marketing agency that creates strategic brands and brings them to life online to deliver business results for clients. Elissa Liu and Andrew Fried co-founded Spark Growth in 2012, dually headquartered in New York and Toronto. The pair met at Deloitte, where they gained a deep understanding of what business leaders need to create a successful company as strategy and operations consultants. They leveraged this experience to form a new kind of marketing agency, one committed to delivering business results, not just vanity metrics. In 2016, Elissa and Andrew recruited experienced digital marketing strategist Lauren Karasek to join the executive committee. Lauren brought more than a decade of agency experience and deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape to the team, complementing Elissa and Andrew’s business savvy and operational efficiency, and strategically expanding Spark Growth’s service offerings. Since then, Andrew has joined an exciting new startup under the Walmart eCommerce umbrella and leads marketing for the new brand, Allswell. He continues to serve as Founding Partner Emeritus of Spark Growth and to provide invaluable counsel to the company while acting as its most vocal cheerleader. Since 2017, Spark Growth has been a 100% women-owned and led agency under Elissa Liu and Lauren Karasek’s executive leadership. At Spark Growth, we bring six core values to all of our interactions with our clients and with one another. These values are deeply ingrained in everything we do, driving the way we hire new team members, coach and manage our team, identify clients who are a strong mutual fit, and manage client accounts. Over the past 3 years, the Spark Growth team has helped Miz Mooz to achieve consistent growth across social media, leading to increased brand awareness, social interaction, and sales. The team’s expertise across social media helped us to develop a cohesive online presence that builds customer trust and loyalty with a direct result on our bottom line. Our firm has a complex positioning which they grasped immediately, and worked with us on the strategic implementation as it related to branding for our web site design and development of our social media campaign.
