Southwest Plumbing has been in the same location for 35 years. Tom Watson, President and Paul Roache, Vice President have both been with the company since the beginning. Both principals are native Miamians and have deep roots personally and professionally in South Florida. Both are state licensed Plumbing Contractors. Each has decades of local South Florida experience in all phases of new construction and repair plumbing. Our current main office and warehouse facility was built in 1994 after Hurricane Andrew destroyed our original location 2 blocks away. Since 1982, we have grown by expanding the scope and volume of business. Southwest Plumbing has installed plumbing systems in thousands of homes, businesses, and commercial facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties and a few beyond South Florida on the West Coast and Central Florida. at what we do.
