Since 1973 the Paff family has been in the sod, landscape & maintenance industry. Our company has diversified over the years to conform to our changing environmental needs. The company was founded in 1973 by J.N. Paff, Sr. as J.N. Sod Company. He produced, harvested and sold Bahia sod in the wholesale market. In 1975, and 1976 son in-law Ken Deason and son J.N. Paff, Jr. joined the company to form Paff-Deason Company and landscaping and retail installation of sod services were added in addition to the wholesale sod business. In February of 2007, J.N. Paff, Jr. formed a tree service company, Paff Tree Service, LLC, in response to customers’ demands for quality tree care.
