Welcome to Southern Sisters Gifts! My name is Linda Smith, and I'm the founder of Southern Sisters Gifts, a place where you can find some of my favorite things. I hope they will become some of your favorite things too. If you know me, you know that my greatest passions in life is the Lord, family, and ministry. It is my heart's desire to help others find encouragement and fulfillment by spreading southern hospitality and God’s love to others. I hope to share ideas and techniques from my personal experience of planning church events and small group get togethers and that they will inspire you to plan an event for your own. Rod is my husband. He is a retired firefighter and is now in full time ministry as a senior adult and missions minister. He also happens to be the love of my life, my support system and business partner. His passions include the Lord, his family, and missions. Brenda is my twin sister and the inspiration for the name of the company. We love to shop for gifts and antiques, make crafts, and eat. We do a lot together. She is my only sister and I owe her my life. She donated a kidney to me back in 1994 and for that I am eternally grateful. It is our plan to run this company together once she retires but until then we will continue to support and encourage each other and continue to do all the fun things we love to do together. Last but certainly not least I have 6 wonderful grandkids that I love more than they could ever imagine. Yes, I am also a grandma, a title I am proud of! We have no greater passion than to teach others how enjoyable and rewarding it can be to live a positive loving Christian lifestyle. A life that is wholesome, uncomplicated, and balanced. we are passionate about giving back. We truly believe that God has bigger plans for our company, bigger than we could ever imagine.
