We specialize in complete asphalt roadway and parking lot pavement restoration & maintenance services. This company was founded by Jose A. Franco in 1998 with the vision of providing customers a sole company that would cost effectively & professionally provide all the asphalt pavement restoration & maintenance services that commercial, Industrial, municipalities and professionally managed properties would need. SAE has grown to offer many other services our customers have required. These services, among others, include concrete curbing and sidewalks, brick pavers, trac striping, parking lot accessories & ADA compliance services. In providing these services, customers can avoid dealing with multiple contractors causing added expenses and a delay in the completion of their projects. I’ve been involved with many different types of projects such as, sealcoating, asphalt overlay and sidewalk replacement. I have recently completed an asphalt overlay of a 265 garden style home project, and a very large 20,000 lineal foot concrete replacement job at a property over one square mile.
