After over 25 years working for large volume dealerships, on the Sales Floor to Finance, all the way to General Manager; Kirt Thomason became fed up with the extended hours and high pressure sales needed to move 500 cars a month. He had an idea to keep it on a personable level, a smaller operation aimed at the South Tampa lifestyle. Over a spring training baseball game in 2017, he found a partner in experienced auto-dealer marketer DJ Hamilton, and thus began South Tampa Auto Boutique. We acquire these automobiles through the same channels as large volume dealers, but are able to keep pricing down through low overhead. There will never be a “dealer fee” added, and you’ll always deal one-on-one with either Kirt and/or DJ; not bounced around different departments as in most dealerships.
