Source Assessments LLC was established March 25, 2016 by John Rosburg to provide source evaluation assistance to industry, legal counsel and environmental consultants. The goal of Source Assessments is to provide technical support with regard to emissions measurements programs in a cost effective manner. Source Assessments technical oversite will help pave the way to successful compliance test programs, continuous emission monitor (CEM) System evaluations and diagnostic measurements. Mr. Rosburg is the founder of Source Assessments and will oversee your source measurements projects. He has proposed, designed, executed and managed countless emissions measurements programs for many industrial facilities for more than 30 years. The test programs he designed, executed and managed were typically performed according to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Reference Methodologies for criteria and/or hazardous air pollutants (HAP). His broad expertise encompasses compliance determinations, CEM system certifications and pollution control device diagnostic measurements for optimization or engineering design. He is extremely proficient in the execution of volatile organic compound (VOC), metals, and dioxin and furan test methodologies. He has designed and executed numerous fugitive emissions evaluations for copper smelting and molybdenum refining facilities. In addition, he has completed countless CEM system evaluations and/or audits for pulp and paper, cement and power generation facilities. Source Assessments QA/QC Plans meet all regulatory requirements, helping you maintain compliance, without forcing you to do more than is necessary. Source Assessments will assist you with the review of source test reports and/or documents. We make sure that the document contains accurate results and meets the quality assurance / quality control requirements of the methods performed.
