About The Firm Songy Highroads, LLC (SHR) is a commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, with company offices or projects in Atlanta, Houston, Washington, DC, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and South Florida. SHR focuses primarily on urban infill development projects with particular emphasis in the office and hotel sectors. Additionally, the company acquires strategically located unimproved sites in selected markets for ground up development projects. A wholly owned subsidiary, Highroads Holdings, LLC (HRH) provides third party management, leasing and brokerage services for both institutional owned income properties and for SHR owned properties.
