With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Stuart is responsible for the overall execution of Sonata’s strategic initiatives. Previously, as President and CEO of CNL Retirement Properties, a public unlisted real estate investment trust (REIT), he led the strategic initiative resulting in the sale of the REIT for $5.3 billion. He then joined the CNL REIT and was directly involved in over $3.5 billion of acquisitions. Stuart has also held senior management positions at CNL Corporate Properties and Lincoln Property Company, two of the country’s largest privately owned real estate companies. Stephen Caruso, Vice President of Business Development Beth Dutton previously held the position of Vice President of Sales for Brookdale Senior Living. She was responsible for managing sales, fostering a collaborative and innovative sales culture and building occupancy for over two hundred communities. Prior to joining Brookdale, Beth spent fourteen years at Emeritus Senior Living holding positions of Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Division, Sr. Regional Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales and Executive Director. She is highly adept at developing, educating and mentoring sales talent to create engaging relationships with prospective families, residents and industry healthcare partners.
