ValueWorKs, Inc. provided project management, training and consulting services primarily in Information Systems Technology. The company concentrated on Year 2000 projects through September of 1998. Thereafter, ValueWorKs, Inc. had: Developed training programs for application management services consulting for a large Fortune 500 computer manufacturer and services company Supported setup and operation of a major business-to-business (B2B) exchange for indirect, MRO and capital goods for a Fortune 500 international construction company in partnership with a Fortune 500 computer manufacturer and services company. Developed ISO9001:2001 and SEI/CMMI documentation for software product and professional services companies. Performed internal and external audits for software product and professional service companies and its quality management systems. This includes first-article inspection of the company’s new product releases. Facilitated all external audits from FDA and non-FDA regulated industries, conducted internal audits and ensured that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) were completed. Responsible for quality metrics and continuous improvement of the company’s processes.
