Sohacki Industries, Inc. is led by Thomas J. Sohacki, a hardworking midwesterner with the mind of a maker and the spirit of an entrepreneur. After working for more than a decade as a tool and die maker in Michigan and Florida, Tom decided to venture out on his own in 1991 and start a small shop in a Jacksonville storage warehouse. Demand for Tom’s expertise and quality products steadily grew the company to become North Florida’s #1 high-precision machine shop, with more than 38 employees and 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Sohacki Industries has thrived on the concept of providing exacting quality, innovative ideas, and cutting-edge technology to continuously exceed customers’ expectations. These values are instilled in the next generation that now run and manage Sohacki Industries. Tom's son, Josh Sohacki, started here many years ago by pushing a broom and running CNC machines. With his experience and vast knowledge of the industry, he progressively worked his way up to operations manager and vice president. Jennifer Uhrie, Tom's daughter, came to work here in 2006 as the company comptroller and treasurer. Together, Josh and Jennifer carry on the tradition of quality workmanship and excellent customer service that is associated with the Sohacki name. Although our roots are in tool and die, Sohacki Industries has evolved into a high-precision machine shop primarily focused on CNC machining and custom manufacturing. We partner with major medical companies as an OEM alternative, primarily making aftermarket components. We partner with many companies particularly in the safety valve industry, building equipment and occasionally product for final assembly. We are experienced in producing components for a variety of communications services, in addition to providing quality control.
