One of my favorite parts of hotel design is creating the concept boards and renderings. There's a reason why virtual building games are so popular or why my 11 year old niece can spend hours creating houses on her IPad. There's something very gratifying about making your concepts come alive in a virtual rendering and seeing the first glimpse of the potential of the space. My theory is that if you like the renderings and color boards, then you'll love the final result.
