Provide a challenging and rewarding environment. Company Milestones More than 22 years ago, companies in Central Florida discovered a new source for IT talent. They discovered a tireless team, dedicated to providing exceptional IT talent and exceptional customer service. They discovered Software Resources. Founded by Tamara Giaimo to provide temporary IT talent to Fortune 500 clients in Central Florida. Rapidly seeing the effects of great service, we grew! Candidates and clients ask for increased levels of service and support. Company President John Giaimo answers that call, leading the creation of a customized, proprietary ATS and CRM package called Requisition Express (REX). Software Resources creates government services practice to support information services consultants and managed services contracts with one of Florida’s largest and most technology-savvy county governments. Today Software Resources provides similar leading-edge support to some of the largest county governments in the U.S. Software Resources opens first branch in Los Angeles, now our second largest office for IT talent. Due to the demand of it’s core customers, Software Resources expands service offerings beyond IT Staffing, including Creative, Marketing, Finance and Accounting staffing services. Focusing on core principles, Software Resources grows steadily through 2009. Thanks to a strong 3-year plan, executed with hard work and determination, these efforts ensure our ability to weather the harsh economic climate. To address the accelerated pace of today’s business, President John Giaimo leads evaluation and implementation of cloud-based ATS and CRM (SaaS). This provides access to the market’s #1 resume search engine and an extensive suite of industry tools. Running in parallel are concurrent initiatives to move messaging and collaboration into the cloud and a major upgrade of the company’s website. Software Resources’ client and consultant network continues to expand and includes support for IT, Creative, Marketing, Finance and Accounting talent placements across the following states: Orlando Business Journal Tammy is active on the Salvation Army Women and Children’s Shelter Auxiliary Board (2005-2013), Morning Star School Board of Directors (2007-2013), Camp Boggy Creek (2010 – present) and has volunteered at Annunciation Catholic Academy, Lake Mary High School, and Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Since 2008, Software Resources has donated to over countless charitable organizations, including the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, United Way, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Salvation Army, Morning Star School, Conductive Education Center of Orlando, Camp Boggy Creek and more. John P. Giaimo earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. John was with Motorola for nine years, holding positions in engineering and engineering management, prior to joining Software Resources. John has been crucial in implementing new programs and services to better position Software Resources as a market leader. For example, John led the evaluation and implementation of a cloud-based applicant tracking and CRM system. This system provides Software Resources with access to the #1 resume search engine on the market and an extensive suite of products and tools designed specifically for staffing. John also led concurrent projects to move IT support messaging and collaboration into the cloud and managed the first major website upgrade since 2005. In early 2015, John led the implemented of a state of the art supplier portal allowing key Software Resources partners to support our open job requirements. John was appointed to the company’s board of directors in 1999 and has served as president since 2003. Susan is an accomplished Director of Operations and Sales Leader with over 13+ years of new account development and account management expertise for Fortune 100-1000 companies throughout the United States. She successfully started Software Resources’ California branch office and developed the west coast operations, quickly becoming a top performing vendor among her clients. Susan has consistently ranked as a top sales producer in the company. She has a solid reputation for providing quality talent along with exemplary customer service to her clients. Susan’s philosophy of “partnering with her clients” and passion for excellence is the driving force behind her success. Michelle has over 15 years of Human Resources experience and 8 years as Sr. Technical Recruiter placing candidates in the Technical, Financial, Creative and Marketing fields. She joined Software Resources in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter and has successfully recruited top talent for clients both locally and nationally. Michelle is a performance-driven professional with 8 years of progressive expertise in Recruitment. Michelle is currently our Recruiting Manager and her keen understanding of business priorities, leadership skills and positive attitude help contribute to the ongoing success of our team of recruiters.
