Bob joined Suncoast Marketing in 1983. He learned his craft from Dick Blattner, founder of Suncoast Marketing, when Dick had first invested in some new consumables call “computer supplies”. Dick taught him how to knock on a door and begin a conversation. Some of these conversations have lasted for 30 years and continue on. Throughout the years, Bob’s skills were honed by other influential sellers, seminars and conferences. In the mid 1990’s, Randy Eubanks joined Suncoast Marketing, and he helped elevate Suncoast Marketing to new heights. In June 2001 Bob Scala assumed the reigns as president of Suncoast Marketing. Since 2001 Suncoast Marketing has continued to grow and we now employ 40 people. Included are his two sons, Chris and Greg, who are outstanding sales representatives for Suncoast Marketing. “No man is an island. Our success and longevity is due to the character and the work ethic of our staff from ownership through all levels of our staff. We are all held accountable to one another” In 1995 Randy Eubanks came on board by way of Better Business Forms and Moore Business Forms. He has over 35 years of industry experience in the printed document industry as well as promotional products and other print, imaged, or branded products and services. He has extensive training in various specialty products including: document design, pressure seal equipment and documents, labels, mailers, laser checks, and check security as well as training in Web site design and support, E-commerce solutions for B2B and B2C and employee E-stores. Randy is the current President and a Board Member of Gold Coast Promotional Products Association, a current Board Member of PSDA (Print Solutions Distribution Association), and a member of ASI. He is involved in all aspects of the Suncoast business with a focus and passion for sales. Randy interacts with clients and prospects daily through personal visits or electronic communications. He travels very frequently for Suncoast to cover local, state, and national accounts as well as to support export business in the Caribbean and Central/South America. Randy provides a reasonable level of sales management and support to the sales team as well as calls with the reps. Norman R. Cantelm began his career in 1981, shortly after graduating from the University of South Florida with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management. He spent the next 17 years with Better Business Forms before leaving in 1998 to join Suncoast Marketing as the Vice President of Marketing and a member of the Board of Directors. Norm oversees the marketing, E-commerce, graphic services, information technology, and printing and promotional products research departments at Suncoast. Claudia is one of the youngest members of the company; she has two years of field experience working as a graphic designer for a web design company prior to joining our team. She joined Suncoast Marketing in June of 2012 as a member of our graphic design team. Throughout her career with Suncoast, she has worked her way up to become part of the management team as the Creative Services Manager. She has helped the company grow in the department with the help of her team by bringing a sense of pride and immense work ethic to every design project. Her success as an independent artist is mainly due to her creativity, problem-solving skills and accountability. “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.” I have been fortunate enough to work with Suncoast Marketing for over 8 years at 2 different private clubs, one in South Florida and the other in North Carolina.
