Bob's in-depth knowledge of the industry and area was immensely helpful to us buying a new house and selling our existing home. Example: We thought the home we found was priced well, Bob immediately knew the seller's pricing was high comparative to sales in the area. He helped us counter with a lower yet solid offer and we got the house we wanted! Then, when it was time to sell our home, we took his advice on pricing our house to sell - we had multiple offers but accepted the best one - 8 days after listing! Houses nearby are still for sale b/c sellers priced themselves out of the market. Too bad they didn't go with Bob as their Realtor!!
