Snowfly Performance Incentives is a Veteran Owned Small Business. Darrin graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. After his time in the Navy, Darrin enjoyed a successful 11-year corporate career in the food production industry. Darrin joined the Snowfly team in early 2016, subsequently became one of the new principal owners of the company and assumed the role of President & CEO. Darrin currently lives in Utah with his wife & four children and enjoys sports, being outdoors, reading and traveling. Ben joined the Snowfly team in 2014 and recently graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Engineering with a BS in Business & Computer Science. He is currently working as our Lead Developer. Ben and his wife live in Utah. A decorated U.S. Army National Guard combat veteran, and graduate of the University of Wyoming with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, Elijah joined the software development team at Snowfly in 2010. As one of the new principal owners of Snowfly, Elijah has now assumed full responsibility for all technical aspects of the company. Eli lives in Utah with his wife & three children and enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his volleyball team to local tournaments. Melissa Garrett has worked for Snowfly since 2014 and is responsible for day-to-day Customer Service issues within the company.
