Hi, I'm Aggie, owner operator of Smooth Operating Business Services, Inc. I've been a bookkeeper since 1983, and operated "Aggie's Bookkeeping & Office Services" from 1990 until I started this company in 2009. I've served as a full charge bookkeeper, accountant, and tax preparer. I've used and set-up Quickbooks accounting software since 1997 for many different types of businesses. I've also been filling out business paperwork, creating forms, organizing offices, and writing up procedures all this time, and, when the occassions have come for a full time employee to take my place, I've trained them. I gave my business a new name to reflect that we do alot more than bookkeeping, and that we focus on ways to make tasks faster, easier, more consistent, more accurate, and less paper and ink intensive (more earth friendly).
