Peter received Bachelor of Arts in Horticulture in 1996. Since then, he has successfully owned and managed landscape design and management company and home inspection business in Chicago, IL and Orlando, FL. Having owned a second home in Bradenton, Florida since 2006, he understands the need for home watch as well as light home improvement services that require preventive care without costing fortune or headache of fixing the major home issues later on. Because of this, he started to learn about home maintenance by attending seminars and working with professionals over the years. His experience includes finishing home basements, interior painting of the homes and minor kitchen/bathroom updates, including installation of tiles and fixtures. Jessica received MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 2000 and Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University in 1990. Since then, she has managed successful career in marketing, sales, business development, product development, customer relationship management and e-commerce at globally known hospitality companies including Hyatt, Marriott and Wyndham. Recently, along with her husband, Peter, their daughter and terrier dog, she has permanently relocated to Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Having worked for the hospitality companies for the past 20 years, Jessica was fortunate enough to travel around the world for business and has a passion for anything related to travel. Besides travel, she has keen eyes to look out for shopping and can probably offer tips for various different shopping malls or boutiques in well-known cities as well as lesser-known areas where she traveled.
