I started Smart Fitness Products in my late fifties; and there’s a story behind that. I had been in good physical shape most of my adult life. But as life often does to some of us, I was dealt some bad cards, and without getting into details, my life took a turn for the worst that lasted about 3 1/2 years. At some point during that bleak period I decided I had to turn things around and that began by getting back in good physical shape. Fast forward several years and I did achieve my physical fitness goals; I did this through nutritional studies and physical exercise trial and error. Along the way, I learned many vital things about nutritional and exercise as well as making some mistakes resulting in a couple of injuries; but in the end I learned a hell of a lot about both nutrition and exercise. Smart Fitness Products has formulated and tabulated the real-life hard won knowledge learned by me as well as that of the other experienced people who helped start this company. We’re sharing everything positive we’ve learned, and continue to learn as the fitness and nutritional field evolves.This knowledge, experience, and our products are for anyone who wants to get physically fit and look and feel better—without having to drastically alter their way of life.
