They are painting the exterior of a 292-unit apartment community for our company and it has been one of the most pleasant vendor experiences I have ever had! Great Job!! In June Madison Apartment Group purchased a massive new asset for our portfolio in North Druid Hills. Part of our renovations at Madison Druid Hills was to paint all exteriors. When you’re doing over 28 buildings and wanting a drastic color change this is no easy feat. Not only did Josh, Bladimir and their crew do a demo at a building for us - where they put up over 6 different color combinations for us to choose from, this was completed in less than two days. Once we selected our magnificent colors we began the arduous task of painting this large property. It was done quickly and professionally. They coordinated with me and my residents the entire time. I’ve done this many times over the years and this was far and away the best experience I’ve ever had on a project like this. Our community looks years younger. We loved their professional work and would highly recommend as well. I have worked with Sloan Painting & Design for numerous years, both professionally and personally. The company is absolutely reliable, professional, and very aware of making sure residents are handled with excellent customer service at all stages of the project. Property Management companies are always a pain in the booty to deal with so not surprised that is why they are having issues. Sad that the property management company tried to blame it on Sloan.
