is originally from Pennsylvania but has been practicing as a Chiropractor in Florida since 2011. She has a love for helping others maintain health and wellness through diet, exercise and preventative health care. With her extensive background in nutrition, exercise and personal training, she enjoys customizing plans for each individual instead of recommending a one size fits all care plan. She lives in St. Augustine with her son and husband where she is actively involved in the community. Dr. Donnelly and the Slim Body & Spa staff are dedicated to helping all of their patients in the Jacksonville and St Augustine areas reach their weight loss goals! pursued an Internal Medicine Residency training at Paterson, NJ from St Joseph's Regional Medical Center affiliated with Mt Sinai University. He finished his training in 2009, then became a practicing physician in hospitals in Alabama and Florida. It is during these years that he developed his passion for primary care medicine—direct and comprehensive patient care. He has vast experience in treating major medical conditions—both critical and stable. Today, Dr. Patel wants to dedicate his time in preventive and primary care as well as helping patients restore their health by losing weight and keeping it off. His greatest strength is compassionate patient care with a personalized touch—a true patient advocate, according to his patients. He is happily married, has a son, and loves to spend time with his family. Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and watching movies.
