In addition to operating up to four corporately owned clinics, Sleep Management Services of America (SMSA) entered into a management agreement that manages the daily operation of three clinics that are owned by a large hospital in Northeast Florida. : SMSA provided the staffing and advised the patient as well as scheduled the patient at the appropriate clinic. : SMSA coordinated with the clients IT staff to provide and install diagnostic hardware and software and necessary upgrades for conducting sleep studies. Chief Executive Officer: Sleep Management Services of America Mr. Aspinwall purchased Sleep Care Centers of America in March of 2000, a privately held company which specializes in sleep diagnostic testing and management. During the last 15 years, he has worked in the local community to provide sleep disorder testing services to physicians and hospitals. Mr. Aspinwalls’ background includes over 25 years of medical experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in Open Heart Recovery, Home Infusion Therapy, Director of Nursing for a Home Health Agency, and owner of Reliable Health Services(DME), which was sold to a private equity company( Home Care Supply) in November 1999. During the 15 years at Sleep Care Centers of America, Mr. Aspinwall has provided management support to staff and physicians in the independent clinics and hospital based sleep programs. In this position, he has coordinated compliance with professional entities such as Joint Commission and The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Mr.Aspinwall is now the CEO of Sleep Management Services of America. Lockwood P. Holmes is President and CEO of Poole Management Company, a portfolio management and holding company which invests in a variety of businesses including land development; real estate; residential home building; residential and commercial footer, slab, block wall, framing, and drywall subcontract service to the construction industry. Recently, the portfolio has expanded to the medical industry with investments in the field of sleep study and occupational health/urgent care. Additionally the company has partnered with an organization which manages a substantial tax lien portfolio with investments throughout the United States. Prior to Poole Management Company, Mr. Holmes served as President and CEO of Holmes Lumber Company; and subsequently, Builder First Source following the sale of Holmes Lumber Company to Builders First Source. He also serves as a consultant, and has served as a member of the Board of Director for a variety of banking enterprises, shell contractors as well as non profit and faith-based organizations.
