The Florida Real Estate Attorneys’ E-Mail Forum is a discussion group for licensed attorneys who have an interest in Florida real estate. Its purpose is to provide a mechanism for the exchange of commentary and information regarding all issues affecting the members. The Forum was established primarily to discuss legal issues affecting real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and other real estate issues. However, it is our desire that this Forum be used to promote a dialogue on a wide variety of issues regarding how we are presently working and how we can become more efficient and successful in our practices. We anticipate that the level of discussion in this Forum will be relatively high. Most Forum members are serious people who are interested in participating to help themselves and their in their daily work. That being said, we do not want to restrict the scope of the communication in this Forum. Any topic or subject is open for discussion. Additionally, we do not want this Forum to get too “stuffy” or formal. When formality is called for, be formal. When informality fits, be informal. Our objective is for you to look forward to and enjoy your participation in this forum.
