SkyView Rentals enforces a minimum Primary Rental Guest age of 30 and the signer must be in attendance with the group throughout the rental period. For each cabin rented, a minimum of four adults over the age of 30 must stay in each cabin for the full duration of the rental. SkyView Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental to any Group for any reason, if the term of the Rental Agreement are not met, or excessive noise or complaints are received, you will be required to immediately vacate the premises. No refund will be provided.
