Skyline Investments Inc. (“Skyline”) is a Toronto, Canada-based investment company incorporation since 1998. Currently, Skyline is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (SKLN.TA) and has assets totalling approximately $700M including significant cash-flow hotel and resort land properties. Skyline performs select land development around its resorts. Skyline is focused on optimizing cash flow from its existing assets. Furthermore, the Company is sourcing new acquisition opportunities to grow and diversify its cash flow in North America. Skyline’s approach to acquisition follow three main principles: Since immigrating to Canada and establishing Skyline Investments in 1998, Gil Blutrich has helmed the company’s rapid emergence as an innovative real estate and hospitality firm specializing in destination communities by identifying and acquiring under leveraged assets.Gil established the Mishorim Group in 1989 and is still currently the Chairman of the company. In 2004, he was a recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. Vadim Shub has more than 15 years of public financial reporting experience. Prior to joining Skyline in 2007, Vadim headed finance departments for a number of divisions of a well-known Israeli publicly traded high-tech company as Controller and Finance Manager. He has also held management positions in tax and financial reporting within TSX and AMEX listed companies Cantar Polyair and subsidiaries of Shoppers Drug Mart. In his previous position, Ben Novo-Shalem served as the head of the research department and was in charge of the income-producing real estate sector at Epsilon Investment House. Ben holds a BA in business administration and accounting from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya with honors. In addition, Ben lectures at several academic institutions in courses of financial accounting, analysis of financial statements and valuation of companies. Christopher Lund is presently the principal of ACL Management Consulting which provides management services and consulting advice to hospitality operators across Canada. His company is currently under contract to Skyline Investments to provide Asset Management services to all of its hospitality and ski operations in North America and has been providing general management services to Skyline and its Ontario Resorts at Horseshoe and Deerhurst continually since 2011. Paul Mondell is Senior Vice President, leading the Skyline Communities Development Team responsible for land development and construction projects across Ontario. Prior to joining Skyline, Paul also directed a large real estate portfolio and residential construction division. While with Regal Park Homes in Central Florida, he oversaw a range of products and managed a 560-unit rental apartment project in Orlando.
