He later launched his own online Search Engine, SPIDERBOY (his slogan was "Spiderboy ruled the web") and single handedly created the code that powered Spiderboy and started to compete with the likes of Google. As the company grew he still personally oversaw every single line of code that the company sent out, often fixing ones he deemed incorrect, sloppy or buggy. Norman excels in marketing, product development, packaging, distribution, market research, press releases, live feeds, web casts, wire service distribution, product launches and press conferences as well as search engine marketing, analyze traffic/usage statistics for web sites, launch and measure effectiveness of advertising campaigns, work with web developers, IT staff and other members of the marketing team to execute campaigns that improve traffic and conversion ratios.
