After making some simple changes in our lives, not only has my disease not progressed, but Bernie is off his cholesterol lowering and coumadin medications. Kailey and Janelle knows the power of choices and makes conscious ones everyday. It has been years since the diagnosis and I have never been on medicine and we are all healthier than ever. I left my school principal and educator role of 23 years to help more people like you understand the power of plants and healthier lifestyle choices.
