Patty’s first priority is for her clients training for the prevention of illness's and diseases. When you accomplish that, you will reap your rewards by living a healthier, happier and energetic lifestyle! Then by doing this, you will then inspire others to be encouraged to do the same. For the most part of Patty’s life, her enthusiasm and passion has been in the fitness arena. Throughout her practical experience’s, she has always maintained an energetic, positive, upbeat attitude towards motivating and helping others in this field and understanding the complete process of a healthy exercise life style. Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace. We cannot change our past. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one thing we have—and that is our attitude. Life is 10% what happens to me, and 90% how I react to it.
