Our Mission Our industry experience taught us many things, among them that when faced with large volumes of work and the pressures of a quick turnaround, the legal reviewer’s process can often be challenging, especially when there is a need to both manage multiple projects and large sets of documents and data. This process is usually tied to either aging software that cannot adapt to new processes and legal requirements or no software at all. A paper or email system is used, which can make keeping up to date with simultaneous programs and reviews a trial for the best of us further complicated by the risk of losing historical data, potentially hindering litigation and business needs. So, we decided to fix the problems with a tailored software solution. Simplicity Review gathers all documents, data and comments in one location, reduces the need to step through email chains, searching for the most recent version of a document or repetitive data entry and lets everyone spend more time doing what matters. It’s built to make life that little bit easier. Gillon’s career has allowed him to appreciate firsthand both the need to simplify the handling of large data sets and the growth of telecommuting. This led to his appreciation of the need for adaptable, user-friendly, cloud based communications software as an increasingly essential business tool. Gillon wanted to develop a timeshare-specific system to meet those needs.
