In the mid 1990's he served as Legislative Director for Florida Governor Lawton Chiles where he directed the day-to-day legislative activity of the Executive Office of the Governor, Chief of Staff to Florida’s Lt. Governor, Staff Director for the Florida Senate Minority Caucus – where he also directed the caucuses political campaign efforts in the late 1990’s and Chief of Staff in the Broward County Sheriff’s Office (America’s largest Sheriff’s Office). Since 2007 Wilder has been in the private sector leading political, research direct mail and public service firms. Todd Wilder resides in Tallahassee Florida where he runs the day to day operations of Silver Bullet Research and is on the faculty at Florida State University.
