Mission The Silcarbon Racing Team is a Junior Development and elite cycling team that competes at the highest level with the utmost passion and respect to the sport. We hope to inspire and help juniors from the ground up, support them physically and mentally and!help guide them through the sport of bike racing, to support them right through the sport and to show them that this sport can be part of their entire lives. Weaved around unique, rich personalities that create perfect unity, the team is open, engaging and welcomes all to come experience the grit and glory of cycling.
