Sightpath Medical Roll-On/Roll-Off device — “RoRo” for short — is a specialized cart that allows us to mobilize ophthalmic equipment while adhering to manufacturer specifications. Once the equipment lowers to the ground, you have a fully calibrated device ready to work for you. We are trained by the manufacturers and certified to perform repairs, calibration and preventive maintenance on all equipment we provide, and we stay with the equipment during surgery day to keep your technology performing at its peak. Peter's association with Sightpath Medical began in early 2010, as Chief Financial Officer for its parent company. Known for his strong analytical, strategic planning and corporate management skills, he assisted the organization through its emergence from bankruptcy, led a successful restructure of the business units and helped secure long-term funding for the company’s growth initiatives. Flynn has been working closely with the Sightpath team over the past several years to help deliver on their promise of operational excellence and to execute the strategic vision. Dan joined Sightpath in December of 1998 and held numerous positions within Operations. He moved into his current position in January of 2006 where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the mobile refractive program at TLC Vision. Dan is now responsible for all mobile refractive and mobile cataract operations for Sightpath Medical. Dan began his career in operations and logistics while serving in the United States Army as an Avenger Missile System Technician from 1989-1997. Joel began his formal career with Sightpath in February of 2011. Joel has served in varying sales, marketing and management roles within ophthalmology for Storz Instrument Company, Medtronic and Precision Lens, where he was instrumental in the transformation of the business from a regional distributor of intraocular lens implants to the nation’s largest full-line ophthalmic surgical products distributor over an eleven year period. Goal oriented and positive thinking by nature, Joel has his sights set on leading the Sightpath Medical Sales and Marketing team to new heights of success. Paul joined Sightpath Medical in 2012 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Prior to Sightpath, Paul worked for 15 years in privately held businesses where he served in senior-level finance roles in diverse industries including education, transportation and hospitality. His leadership experience includes managing finance, accounting, human resources and facilities. He is passionate about Sightpath’s mission and the opportunity to help grow its industry-leading position. Dolores has been employed at Sightpath Medical as Director of Human Resources since the spring of 2011 and is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Dolores possesses a strong customer focus, a passion for people and a drive to leverage the human resources of the organization which is why she is so good at her job. Jeremy has been working in Information Technology since 1999. He joined Sightpath as the Information Technology Manager in July 2013 and is responsible for all Information Technology functions within the company. Jeremy is responsible for setting up Sightpath’s IT infrastructure as a stand-alone entity, managing multiple technology projects and building a team to support the Sightpath users. Ben joined Sightpath Medical in May 2017 and is responsible for leading Sightpath’s corporate compliance program. He has worked in healthcare compliance since 2010, holding positions at Target Pharmacy, Prime Therapeutics, and more recently was responsible for compliance, legal, and government affairs at Novu Health. Prior to 2010, Ben spent five years as an attorney in the U.S. Army JAG Corps stationed in Alaska and Germany.
