The philosophy behind Maureen Maguire (The Dazzler Promise) is that regardless of the level of dance prior to entering the dance team, hard work will allow you to succeed. She hopes that her dancers learn life lessons through the artwork of dance, such as to never give up and to never get discouraged. She strongly believes that hard work is the answer and that discipline, honesty, character, and morality will show through in dance as well as in life.
