With a Masters Degree in Education from Western Carolina University, Debbie Stocker-Meier is a native of South Carolina and the Broker-In-Charge and one of the Principals of Shoreline International Real Estate. Debbie is a 38-year veteran of commercial real estate and has a proven track record of being one of the top commercial agents in the Charleston tri-county area. In 1985 Debbie created Southern Investment Company, a full service real estate organization and operated as the President and Broker-in-Charge until 1989 at which time the company was merged with O’Shaughnessy. The company went through two additional mergers before she managed and cultivated the Commercial Sales Division at Coldwell Banker Classic Commercial when she received recognition in 1999 as Top Agent in the Southeast for Coldwell Banker Commercial, out of a total of 88 companies, and was one of the Top Five Agents for Coldwell Banker International, out of a total of 3000 Associates. At the turn of the millennium, she had become “Queen of King Street” and was instrumental in negotiating over 50 sales and/ or retail leases for many prestigious tenants who remain loyal clients today. Ann Marconi is a twenty-year plus veteran of the industry representing buyers and sellers. Her knowledge of the market extends beyond neighborhoods and includes economic and business development in a globally recognized regional destination for companies, residents and travelers. Services include real estate investment and international transactions, negotiation assistance, property management. Marconi was the 2013 Board of Directors Chairperson for The Education Foundation, an initiative of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce whose mission it is to enhance the region’s economy by strengthening public education. She has served on The Education Foundation board since 2008 and actively works to support and strengthen primary and secondary education throughout the metro area. With a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Georgia in 1996, Leah has been associated with Shoreline International Real Estate over 15 years to become an invaluable part of the team assisting the Broker In Charge and all agents with marketing, property research, property management, vacation rentals, bookkeeping, client service and the additional support needed to facilitate Shoreline International Real Estate’s transactions.
