Shining Light Garden Foundation, Inc. was started by Joel Bray in Winter Beach, Florida in 2008. What began as a backyard project expanded into a 10-acre farm. Joel's passion for farming is evident in the abundant cornucopia of crops he has produced year after year. He also has a passion for feeding the hungry, hence his motto, "Feeding the hungry, one garden at a time." Your support improves the quality of life for hundreds of people in our community by enabling us to provide wholesome, nutritious, locally grown produce to families in need in Indian River County. Funds raised by the Shining Light Garden Foundation are used to purchase seeds, farm equipment, and capital improvements such as well and irrigation equipment. Since 2008, the Shining Light Garden Foundation, a non-profit organization, has been growing fresh vegetables to help feed the homeless, hungry and forgotten. Our focus is strictly on growing and giving for God's glory. Shining Light Garden Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3.
